Providing Smart Cleaning Solutions or its assigns a $250,000 loan to purchase a commercial property at 2530 Agriculture Drive through the Commercial Ownership Assistance program under the Small Business Equity and Recovery Program (SBER) using the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) aid Local Fiscal Recovery funds and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to sign an agreement with Smart Cleaning Solutions or its assigns for that purpose. Authorizing the City’s Economic Development Division to submit, and if awarded, accept a grant for $250,000 from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) Idle Sites Redevelopment Grant program and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a contract with WEDC to accept Idle Sites Redevelopment Grant award and enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with Roth Street I Limited Partnership for use of the funds.
