  • Approving Plans, Specifications, And Schedule Of Assessments For N. Rusk Avenue Assessment District – 2025 (District 14).
  • Approving plans and specifications for public improvements necessary for the project known as 128 Langdon Street and authorizing construction to be undertaken by the Developer, Private Contract No. 9596 (District 2)
    • construction of sidewalk, terrace, curb & gutter, and pavement improvements on Langdon Street adjacent to the redevelopment. Private improvements in the public right-of-way include sanitary, storm, and water service laterals and relocation of an existing private water service lateral for an adjacent property that currently crosses the redevelopment area. Abandoned private drive entrances will be closed with new curb & gutter and any new private drive entrances will be constructed per approved commercial driveway permits. Existing public street trees adjacent to the project on Langdon Street are to be protected and saved (no public street tree removals are proposed).
  • Approving plans and specifications for public improvements necessary for the project known as Madison Yards at Hill Farms – Public Improvements Phase 4 and authorizing construction to be undertaken by the Developer, Private Contract No. 9566 (District 11)
    • construction of street intersection improvements required to connect Iron Street (private street) with Sheboygan Avenue. The public sidewalk improvements adjacent to Block 4 on Sheboygan Avenue are to be completed by the Block 4 Developer.
  • Approving plans and specifications for public improvements necessary for the project known as 755 Braxton Place and authorizing construction to be undertaken by the Developer, Private Contract No. 9595 (District 13)
    • reconstruction of Braxton Place, construction of the East Campus Mall path, removal of the existing pedestrian bridge over W Washington Avenue, and construction of a new at-grade pedestrian crossing of W Washington Avenue
  • Approving plans and specifications for public stormwater management improvements required to serve the Subdivision known as Village at Autumn Lake and authorizing construction to be undertaken by the Developer, Private Contract No. 9534 (District 17)
    • improvements to Outlot 64 in the Village at Autumn Lake subdivision. This outlot was Dedicated to the Public for Stormwater Management and Drainage with the recording of Village at Autumn Lake Replat. Heartland Ecological Group conducted a tree survey and channel stabilization plan of Outlot 64 to determine the best practice improvements for stormwater conveyance.
  • Finding of exemption from payment in-full of outstanding final assessments levied against parcels being combined as part of a conditionally approved Village at Autumn Lake Replat No. 8 and authorizing the outstanding final special assessments to be levied against the newly created parcels. (District 17)
    • VAL, LLC is requesting that the existing special assessments on lots east of Felland Road that are subject to the approved replat, have the existing assessments moved to the new lots that are part of the replat. The lots are not changing ownership and assessments will be paid prior to closing similar to lots not subject to the replat.
  • Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Eagle Trace – Phase 5, Private Contract No. 9066. (District 9).
  • Accepting stormwater management improvements constructed by Private Contract In Birchwood Point – Phase 1, Private Contract No. 2369 (District 9).
  • Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Acacia Ridge – Phase 8, Private Contract No. 9215 (District 9).
  • Declaring the City of Madison’s intention to exercise its police powers establishing the East Main Street and South Hancock Street Assessment District – 2025. (District 4, District 6)
  • Declaring the City of Madison’s intention to exercise its police powers establishing the Shawnee Pass Assessment District – 2025. (District 10)
  • Approving plans and specifications and authorizing the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for Monona Terrace Tunnel Lighting (District 4)
