Check your 31 day passes and 10-ride cards . . . they may be accidentally expiring . . . you need to exchange them. Sadly, you can only do it during standard work hours in one location. I’m guessing there are plenty of people who can’t get to this location, by bus, during their lunch hour.
Please check your 31-day passes and 10-ride cards!
Due to a computer error, a batch of bus passes that have already been sold will expire on December 31, 2010.
Please check the serial number on your 31-day pass and/or 10-ride card. You may have an item that needs to be replaced.
Fare items that will expire on December 31 are:
· Adult 31-Day Passes: Serial numbers LESS THAN 156401
· Senior/Disabled 10-Ride Cards: Serial numbers LESS THAN 96001
· Youth 10-Ride Cards: Serial number LESS THAN 383018These are the only items that need to be replaced.
Through Saturday, January 15, drivers will allow passengers to board with the passes and/or 10-ride card cards noted above. Drivers will remind passengers that these cards need to be replaced.
All other expired passes/cards will not be valid to board.
Bring your pass/10-ride card to Metro Transit, 1245 E. Washington Ave.
Office hours are Monday through Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
You’ll be issued a NEW fare item, and you’ll receive a FREE Metro promotional item as supplies last.

· Reusable shopping bags
(One promotional item per returned pass)

Thank you I have one in my wallet waiting to use in January.
To quote you from what you said to Senor Blaska months ago, “Details matter Dude.”
I told my mom at the time and she said, “yes they do” as she smiled at your poetics.
thanks !
