Short week, lots to do . . . City Council meeting, County Board meeting, Mayoral and County Executive debates . . . among other things.

NON-ELECTIONS ITEMS

NO, NO, THE EDGEWATER WON’T BE A PRECEDENT
Bob Dunn said so . . .

WHAT IS TOMOTHERAPY’S RELATIONSHIP WITH THE STATE JOURNAL
Why is this a story and why should we care? They don’t do this every time a company gets a competitor. Do they? Why are they so special?

MADISON PLANNING DEPARTMENT IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS!
Yes. Check out the new white guy the Mayor hired. . . . wait, what did he say . . .

Cover said economic development isn’t all about courting Fortune 500 companies but rather supporting existing businesses, nurturing small business, and making sure development is appropriate in neighborhoods.

Lets mark those words . . .

MADISON SEGREGATED AND BIASED
You agree? Do you see it? Two Madison is a good description, I”m beginning to think there are actually three with the immigration community.

GROTHMAN IS JUST A PIG
Check out the ludicrous statements. If he’s so worried about the taxpayers getting service, he should re-think the furlough days.

CRITICISM OF MADISON LIBRARIES
I can’t wait to see them try to run a media center! Too bad they won’t just give that money to WYOU and have them run it, where they have the experience . . . or did, before the staff is let go.

SHERIFFS – ABOVE THE LAW?
Yeah, they won’t report race statistics . . . but they will report to ICE. Cuz filling out a form might impede the officers safety. Yeah, right. Did Wisconsin shift south when I wasn’t looking? What are they afraid of?

SHERIFF DOESN’T HAVE TO REPORT TO ICE
But state might . . . and can.

>WSJ TAKES A STAND AGAINST REPUBLICANS!
On redistricting!

SHOULD CORPORATIONS DONATE TO CANDIDATES?
Will that question be put to Madison voters? Watch the slippery slope . . . your $250 limit you can give to local candidates, can be matched by . .. well, endless amounts of money by people run the corporations who want to influence government. You think they have your best interests at heart?

BRU-HA-HA AT GLENDALE
Interesting spat going on . .. and on . . .

400 TREES? 68 TREES?
Same difference, right?
