I saw Brad Murphy in the parking lot about 4:15 today and before I said anything, he just shook his head and laughed and said they’d try to work it out in the next few days . . . but, for the moment, it looks like . . .
– 3/15 Special Board of Estimates meeting on the TIF BEING RESCHEDULED
– 3/17 Urban Design Commission meeting on the PUD
– 3/22 Plan Commission meeting on PUD, CUP for waterfront Development and the Amendment of the 1965 Ord.
– 3/23 Special Common Council meeting on the PUD, 1965 Ord, Landmarks Appeal and TIF LOOKS LIKE ITS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN
I’m not surprised, as the first schedule was INSANE given where they are at . . . so, stay tuned . . .
