We have received revised plans based on the concept plans presented to the Urban Design Commission on February 17. The following meetings have been scheduled to consider the plans:
– Urban Design Commission (PUD Initial approval requested) March 17
– Plan Commission (Public Hearing PUD and Conditional Use, 1965 Ord.) March 22
– Common Council (Public Hearing PUD, other items) April 20
By the end of the day the revised plans for the Plan Commission submittal should be available on our website:

By tomorrow morning the Urban Design Commission submittal will be available through our Legislative Information Center
