OK Zach – now $2.1 Million Equals $1 Million?

Still spinning.

Still not working.

Shall I remind you . . . you distinctly said . . .

Although we now know that the extreme of it wouldn’t be $21 million, it would be $2.1 million, or maybe even a less than that at a million, the real question there is at what point are average taxpayers or homeowners willing to spend money to support this ordinance.

Now, you’re down to $1,000,000 worst case scenario? Spin harder.

BTW – Does this mean you think that when the commercial property owners leave town, the value of their land becomes $0? And does this mean you believe that the Chamber of Commerce statistics of their member survey are statistically valid?

p.s. Cute blog, but I’d rather be a wonk.
