attend the Board of Estimates to offer public comment on items before
that body, so I am writing.
I urge support for the Union contract extension.
On the Capital Budget Amendments I urge support for:

— The renewed uncertainty around the role of TIF and TIF processes
needs to be brought to a speedy resolution. If there will be new TIF
policies, it is best to know what they are before setting aside funds.

not only in reducing crime, but in building relationships and community.
