The document is here. With all the meetings done behind closed doors and the only information provided being during press conferences, I think its worth a read. It’s 19 pages long, but much of it is recitals that are just restatements of fact that are more back ground. I find the non-disparagement and public announcement clause of interest.. (Page 10, number 7). Basically, they can’t say much. I wonder what they have to hide and who wanted that clause in there? I wonder if that is also why they waived the jury trial?
I also find it interesting that it isn’t completely signed. At least not the copy given to alders. Its probably just an oversight, right?
