The Common Council hereby refers the appeal by the Hammes Company of the Landmarks Commission decision for the Edgewater redevelopment to the Februrary 23rd Common Council meeting following project deliberations and a recommendation on the project being made by the Urban Design Commission and Plan Commission. The Common Council requests the recommendations of the Urban Design and Plan Commission for the February 23 Common Council meeting. Additionally, the Common Council supports the rehabilitation of the 1940s building and redevelopment of the Edgewater site as a whole.
