No sign of towing in my ‘hood. If they say they are going to tow and don’t, then it just adds to the problem of not being predictable. My guess is tonight, people won’t think they have to move because it is the third night of snow and the plowing was kinda atrocious/not so evident. NOTE: At least they said “may”, yesterday it was “will”.

A snow emergency remains in effect for the entire City of Madison until 7 a.m. Tuesday December 14th. Residents are asked to keep their vehicles off the street today and tonight if possible. If you must park on the street this evening you should park on the EVEN house numbered side of the street. Details on winter parking restrictions are available at www.cityofmadison.com/winter. Violations of the alternate side parking restrictions during a snow emergency are punishable by a $60 fine.
