Summer hours for the men’s shelter start 3/12/17. Yes, that’s right, summer is here!!! 13 more days!
Here’s the official notice! Spring 2017 Summer is here!!!
Starting on Sunday March 12 th 2017, the shelter hours will return to our summer hours. Intake/open time will start at 7:30pm and will end promptly at 10pm.
You will not be able to line up on the 100 th block of W. Washington Ave (between the stop-lights) until 7:25pm
On Sunday March 26 th 2017, all guests that have accumulated 90 days or more will no longer be able to stay overnight at the shelter until November 1 st , 2017.
All guests are welcome to come in for breakfast every day of the year.
Swell, eh?
On a related note . . . the only night this week that won’t count against said 90 days in shelter will be Thursday.
Thursday night (3/2) will be a “cold weather” night for the emergency shelters.
