Buying land for police training facility, 4.13 acres $1.64M. That only leaves $330,000 for furnishing and remodeling the facility. How much you want to make a bet they come back for more?

Affordable Housing Trust Fund
– Amending the 1965 Ordinance for the Edgewater project, it allows for TIF funding to be given to the project, allows them to built condos and allows them to built closer to the Wisconsin Ave right of way.
$16M TIF for the Edgewater (and they’re not going into closed session? That’s strange, they almost always do. I hope some of the alders (Jed? Satya?) ask some of my TIF questions this time around and think about some of the facts about this TIF.)
