Turns out, the 13 meetings that were on the agenda yesterday were only 65% of the meetings that we know of for the week. I had guessed 80% or maybe 75%, but I was way off, and there could be more today. Pretty crappy that there is such short notice on these meetings, especially the one on the Edgewater TIF and the Public Safety Review Board. I accuse them of doing that on purpose, but sometimes I think that gives them too much credit.

Yes, this item is the Edgewater and they have to figure out how to “handle” the public, they’re not used to public input. Plus, why bother if its going to be delayed for two years due to the lawsuit and they are saying that is why they can’t get financing. I guess they have to blame it on something.
