Since most people aren’t likely to know these exist prior to the meeting, I thought I’d share. The docs were sent to council members about an hour ago. I’m sure they’ll all have time to thoroughly study them before the meeting, eh?

I have continued to receive questions on several matters related to the Edgewater Appeal on your agenda this evening. In the hopes of avoiding extended question and answer sessions tonight, attached are three brief supplemental legal memoranda discussing:
1. The Decision-Making Process.
3. The Question of Hardship under a Zoning-type Variance.
I request that Lisa Veldran make copies of these to be available for Council members.
