The low bidder on Contract No. 7194, Owen Park Drainage Channel Stabilization – 2013, failed to provide a complete bid bond. The City Attorney has determined that under State law, the bid is non-responsive and the contract cannot be awarded to a non-responsive bid. Therefore, the City Attorney and City Engineer recommend that the bid of R G Huston Company Inc be awarded the contract in the amount of $482,472.90.
