Potentially nothing. No alders have separated any items for discussion – however, public hearing items or items the public shows up to speak on might be discussed.

Here’s the consent agenda, they will pass everything on the agenda, unless it is one of the items below, or an alder asks to speak about it or if someone shows up to speak. The entire agenda could be done in one motion with the following exceptions. The 15 vote items are usually included in that motion if there are no objections. Same with the other items on this list below.

Legislative File No. 29898 – 1) Authorizing an amendment to the 2013 Capital Budget and 2) authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute development agreement to fund a $225,000 Tax Incremental Finance (TIF) Loan to Dane County Data Exchange LLC (“Borrower”) to assist in the renovation of the former Rodeway Inn at 4916 and 4930 East Broadway as a 115,000 SF headquarters facility to be leased and occupied by Facility Gateway Corporation, a Subchapter (s) corporation (“Facility Gateway”) that is the operating company of Borrower located within TID #39 (Stoughton Road) (“Project”). 31. Legislative File No. 29919 – Amending the 2013 adopted operating budget of the Planning Division to accept grant monies not to exceed $24,364 from the Wisconsin Historical Society’s Certified Local Government Subgrant for Historic Preservation and authorizing the Department of Planning and Community and Economic Development to contract with a consultant or consultants. (Report of BOE – 15 votes required)

32. Legislative File No. 29920 – SUBSTITUTE Authorizing the execution of a Purchase and Sale Agreement between the City of Madison and FHB Investments LLC for the purchase of parcels located at 5102 and 5152 Femrite Drive, 3101 and 3218 Dairy Drive, 4949 Prairie Dock Drive, 45 Marsh Court and 2698 I 90-39 for the location of a fire station and firefighter development center, the transfer of 45 Marsh Court to the Storm Water Utility and an amendment to the 2013 Capital Budget to provide funds for the purchase of the parcels and design services. 38. Legislative File No. 30039 – Amending the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center 2013 Capital Budget to apply $600,000 of its reserve fund to support the planned 2014 renovation. (Report of BOE – 15 votes required and Monona Terrace Community & Convention Center Board recommended to adopt on 5/16/13)
39. Legislative File No. 30043 – Authorizing the expenditure of unexpended funds associated with 2012 PCED Capital Budget project No. 10, “Microfiche Conversion,” Account No. 810701, to allow remaining funds of approximately $100,000 to be used for microfiche conversions for other City agencies. (Report of BOE – 15 votes required)

80. Legislative File No. 29914 – Authorizing the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center Board to accept a sponsorship from Great Dane Pub and Brewing Company, Inc. in the amount of $10,000 to help offset the cost of 2013 summer concerts at Monona Terrace and amending the Monona Terrace operating budget accordingly.
