This is an update regarding the Zoning Code Rewrite project. On June 9th, the City’s consultants (Cuningham Group Architecture P.A. and White and Smith) met with the Plan Commission to discuss their initial findings after reviewing the City’s current Zoning Code. On June 10th, the consultants met with the Zoning Code Rewrite Advisory Committee to discuss the same issues.
